Uganda, Jan. 20 -- Uganda deserves congratulations. Whatever our political differences and strong objections to how the current government runs our country, when something good comes to town, it is worth embracing and celebrating. Hosting the meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), taking place in Kampala this week, is a huge deal. Indeed, bringing on Ugandan soil a major international security, financial, diplomatic gathering does add value to our economic prospects and global standing, directly and indirectly.
