Uganda, March 17 -- When Florence Sempebwa-Makada became the managing director of Nissan Motorcare in March 2016, the ratio of women to men was 1 to 10. It was one of the things she sought to change. Professionally, she believes there is no work meant for men and women because schools do not differentiate what is taught to boys and girls.
