Uganda, May 21 -- Last week in "Why Uganda tax needs the toilet paper fix", we argued that, at the end of the day, it is not really a big deal if a tax is high or low. What is more important, is if the economy is good, and taxpayers are getting a bang for their buck. That the best tax regime is like toilet paper; extremely good value for the noble it performs, and it exists quietly in the background of our lives.
