Sri Lanka, Jan. 27 -- Sri Lanka Telecom PLC (SLT) last week announced the appointment of two Independent Non-Executive Directors and two Non-Independent Non-Executive Directors to its board.
Accordingly, the two Independent Non-Executive Directors are Lalith Seneviratne and Mohan Weerakoon, PC, and the two Non-Independent Non-Executive Directors are Ananda Kithsiri Seneviratne and Ranjith Ganganath Rubasinghe.
Lalith Seneviratne is an engineer by training. He has over 35 years of experience in the corporate field, primarily with Motorola Corporation, during which he developed Motorola's relationship with SLT that enabled SLT to provide telephone service to remote areas.
