Sri Lanka, June 25 -- The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) said today it would reveal its presidential candidate on August 11 and that the candidate would be someone who had a bachelors degree and a vision apart from experience and other qualifications.

MP Lakshman Yapa Abeywardane told a news conference that it would be a politician who can successfully face any crisis, take control of the country's future and could be trusted.
