Sri Lanka, July 15 -- Pivithuru Hela Urumaya (PHU) Leader Udaya Gammanpila has proposed the creation of an index to rate the performance of ministers quarterly.
Speaking at a news briefing at the party head office yesterday, Gammanpila, who is contesting the election from Colombo, Said people are expecting a set of ministers who can execute duties well to be appointed under President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
