Centres of Excellence for AI in Healthcare AIIMS Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh, and AIIMS Rishikesh designated as AI hubs to drive innovation and AI-based medical solutions.

AI-Powered Disease Surveillance & Diagnostics Media Disease Surveillance (MDS) - AI-driven infectious disease tracking with 4,500+ event alerts since 2022, enabling early outbreak detection and mitigation. Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) - Integrated into eSanjeevani telemedicine, benefiting 196 million consultations with AI-powered differential diagnosis. 'Cough against TB' AI tool - Identifies 12-16% more TB cases, ensuring better detection in communities. AI prediction model for TB outcomes - Led to a 27% decline in adverse TB cases, improving patient management.

By embracing AI, India's healthcare sector is advancing towards greater accessibility, efficiency, and proactive disease control-paving the way for a healthier future.
