
Mumbai, Feb. 27 -- India's energy and digital sectors are rapidly evolving, with data centre capacity expected to grow 30 per cent annually and a national push for clean energy. Supporting this shift, Godrej Enterprises Group's Energy Solutions business has secured an order book exceeding Rs 24 billion for FY25, reinforcing its leadership in 400kV and 765kV power transmission.
The company has commissioned 80+ substations and laid 300+ km of transmission lines up to 765kV. It is executing Greenfield 765kV Air Insulated (AIS) and 765/400kV Gas Insulated (GIS) substations across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Haryana to aid green power evacuation. Additionally, it has completed electrical work for Mumbai's underground metro and commissioned India's largest textile rooftop solar project (12.5MWp, 1 million sq. ft.) in Madhya Pradesh.
Godrej has also strengthened India's data centre ecosystem, delivering a 12 MW facility in South India and executing 35 MW across key hubs like Mumbai, Chennai, and Noida.
With a Rs 24 billion revenue growth target in three years, Godrej remains committed to sustainable power solutions, driving India's energy and infrastructure transformation.
