Mumbai, April 9 -- FPT Industrial, the powertrain brand from Iveco Group, will exhibit its latest innovations in power generation at the upcoming Middle East Energy 2025, scheduled for April 7-9 in Dubai. The brand, known for its robust presence in the on-road, off-road, marine, and energy sectors, will be present at Booth S2.C40, alongside its global distributor network.
In line with its sustainability mission, FPT Industrial will once again showcase its carbon-neutral booth, a continuation of its global commitment to environmental responsibility through comprehensive Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) practices.
FPT Industrial sells over 30,000 power generation units annually, offering engines ranging from 2.4 to 16 liters, designed to meet both regulated and unregulated market requirements. These solutions cater to a variety of needs, including stationary backup and mobile prime power, emphasising efficiency, durability, and compliance.
Key highlight
Among the featured innovations is the R38, a 3.8-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, engineered as a cost-effective solution for unregulated markets. It supports power generation outputs of 54-65 kVA (prime) and 59-70 kVA (standby). The R38 also boasts:
G-Drive package with pre-installed cooling pack and filters
Mechanical injection system for reliability
Single-side servicing for easier maintenance
RPM switchability between 1,500 and 1,800 for OEM flexibility
Originally scheduled for debut at last year's event, the R38 now joins FPT's rapidly expanding power generation lineup, following the previously announced R24 engine.
