New Delhi, April 1 -- The Government of India has made the linking of PAN (Permanent Account Number) with Aadhaar mandatory. The deadline for the same was March 31. But as the deadline came near, the website that allowed PAN-Aadhaar Linking crashed. Users weren't able to open the website all day long and faced a lot of difficulties. Owing to the circumstances, the government announced that it has extended the date to PAN-Aadhaar Linking.
