Mumbai, Oct. 23 -- Mercedes-Benz India has introduced a customer-facing sales model for its prospective customers that promises to provide a 'seamless' and 'transparent' car buying experience via a novel concept, named 'Retail of the Future' (ROTF). In fact, the brand claims that this initiative is the biggest project of its kind in 27 years of the journey since it first came to the country.

From now onwards, the customers will be able to place an order for a new Mercedes-Benz car through this new e-retail system and complete the entire car buying procedure on its website.
