Mumbai, Oct. 31 -- The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga has scored a safety rating of three stars in the latest results of crash tests undertaken by Global NCAP. The three-star rating is applicable for both, adult and child occupation protection.

David Ward, CEO and President, Global NCAP, said, "The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga achieves a creditable three stars for both adult and child occupant protection, but it's obvious to us that more can and should be done to improve overall protection levels for cars sold in the market.
