Mumbai, Jan. 31 -- Zensar Technologies has allotted 116,475 equity shares under ESOP on 31 January 2025. Consequently, on 31 January 2025, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 454,177,398 divided into 227,088,699 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
