Mumbai, June 20 -- Yes Bank has approved the allotment of 29,50,551 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each on June 20, 2025 pursuant to exercise of 29,50,551 stock options under YBL PESOP 2020 plan and the Bank has realized Rs. 4,12,44,115 by exercise of stock options.
