Mumbai, April 24 -- Ministry of Communications stated in a latest update that total wireless subscribers increased from 1,157 million (mobile+5G-FWA) at the end of January-25 to 1,160.33 million at the end of February-25, thereby registering a monthly growth rate of 0.27%. Total Wireless subscription in urban areas increased from 631.60 million on January-25 to 634 million on February-25 and the subscription in rural areas also increased from 525.41 million to 526.33 million during the same period. The monthly growth rate of urban and rural wireless subscriptions was 0.35% and 0.18%, respectively.
