Mumbai, Dec. 27 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded VIP Clothing's (VIPCL) long-term bank loan rating to 'IND BBB-' with a Stable Outlook from 'IND BB+' and short-term bank loan rating to 'IND A3' from 'IND A4+'.
