Mumbai, Feb. 13 -- Venus Pipes & Tubes has allotted 64,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 1700 each of face value of Rs 10 each on conversion of warrants. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 20,43,11,100.
