Mumbai, Sept. 23 -- UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 44,033 equity shares under ESOS on 23 September 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,28,23,60,700 (12,82,36,070 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
