Mumbai, March 26 -- UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 2,442 equity shares under ESOS on 03 March 2025. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,27,96,02,550 (12,79,60,255 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,27,96,26,970 (12,79,62,697 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
