Mumbai, Nov. 10 -- US Treasury yields saw tiny movement on Friday as investors continued to face an economic data blackout amid the US government shutdown. Equities also witnessed tight movement and the 10-year Treasury yield stayed flat at 4.09%. However, yields rose in Asia today, flying near five-week high as China suspended export restrictions on several rare earth elements, processing technologies, lithium battery materials etc. This supported risk appetite and led to a selloff in US treasuries, pushing up the yields.
