Mumbai, March 12 -- Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has allotted 2,18,939 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up, pursuant to exercise of stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2019 of the Bank.

Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 19,34,78,47,040 to Rs. 19,35,00,36,430.
