Mumbai, Nov. 12 -- TTK Prestige has allotted 1,010 equity shares under the TTK Prestige Limited - Long Term Incentive (Stock Options) Plan 2023 on 12 November 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 13,69,50,984 (consisting of 13,69,50,984 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each).
