Mumbai, Nov. 17 -- Triveni Turbine has allotted 6,000 equity shares under ESOP on 17 November 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 31,78,86,270/- comprising of 31,78,86,270 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
