Mumbai, Nov. 24 -- Tilaknagar Industries has allotted 9,30,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants. Consequently with effect from 24 November 2025, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 24,68,38,750 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
