Mumbai, Nov. 19 -- Tega Industries has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named Tega MC Investment in Singapore with effect from 18 November 2025. The object of incorporation of this subsidiary is to make investment in businesses including subsidiaries, joint ventures etc.
