Mumbai, Oct. 27 -- Tata Consumer Products has allotted 2,576 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, on October 27, 2025, the Paid-up equity shares capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 98,95,41,732 divided into 98,95,41,732 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 98,95,44,308 divided into 98,95,44,308 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
