Mumbai, April 11 -- Suprajit Engineering announced that the closing conditions as set out in the Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) for second tranche of Stahlschmidt Cable Systems (SCS) acquisition are delayed, but are expected to be completed in due course and in line with the APA executed by the Company on 28 March 2025.
