Mumbai, Jan. 2 -- Suditi Industries has allotted 36 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on conversion of warrants. Post allotment of shares, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased from the existing Rs. 39,61,62,910/- divided into 3,96,16,291 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 43,21,62,910/- divided into 4,32,16,291 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
