Mumbai, Feb. 18 -- COMEX Silver futures edged up from one and half week low today. Chinese markets remain shut on New year holidays and overall undertone is choppy. Silver fell more than five percent in last session but lows around $73 per ounce capped losses. Meanwhile, India's Silver imports spiked 139% on year to Rs 18194 crore in Jan-26. Silver imports during the current fiscal spiked 140% to Rs 86623 crore. This is offering decent support to the metal and the counter is currently trading at 237000 per kg, up 3.60% on the day.
