Mumbai, Feb. 9 -- Shriram Finance has allotted 39,750 equity shares under ESOS on 09 February 2026. Pursuant to allotment of the Equity Shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.376,29,76,752/- to Rs.376,30,56,252/-.
