Mumbai, July 31 -- Sasken Technologies has allotted 21,220 equity shares under Sasken Employees Share Based Incentive Plan on 28 July 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,142,801 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
