Mumbai, Sept. 4 -- Safari Industries (India) has allotted 12,700 equity shares under ESOPs on 04 September 2025. Consequent to said above allotments the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 9,79,55,826 to Rs. 9,79,81,226.
