Mumbai, Dec. 25 -- REC announced the incorporation of Apta Power Transmission as a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Power Development and Consultancy (subsidiary of REC). The company has been incorporated for establishment of 765/400/220kV AIS Apta (Dist. Raigad).
