Mumbai, Feb. 2 -- RBL Bank has allotted 3,41,431 equity shares under ESOP on 02 February 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 61,74,97,910 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 617,49,79,100.
