Mumbai, Dec. 22 -- RBL Bank has allotted 1,79,115 equity shares under ESOP on 22 December 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 61,71,56,479 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 617,15,64,790.
