Mumbai, Dec. 12 -- Ramco Systems has allotted 22,877 equity shares under ESOS. Consequent to this, the paid-up equity share capital increased from 3,73,89,048 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 3,74,11,925 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
