Mumbai, Sept. 13 -- RailTel Corporation of India has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from State Project Director (Spd) Bihar Education Project Council (Bepc). The order involves the implementation of education quality enhancement in Bihar under PM SHRI. The estimated size of the order is Rs 209.78 crore.
