Mumbai, Aug. 5 -- RailTel Corporation of India has received the Letter of Intent (LOI) from Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation for Project amounting to Rs. 2,16,81,59,197 (Including Tax). The project entails implementation of Mukhyamantree Surakshit Sushaasit Shahar (Safe City).
