Mumbai, Nov. 15 -- The board of Privi Speciality Chemicals at its meeting held on 15 November 2025 has approved the withdrawal of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Privi Fine Sciences and Privi Biotechnologies with the Company and their respective shareholders.
