Mumbai, Dec. 26 -- Precious metals continued to soar amid excellent safe haven buying as the US President Donald Trump said US forces conducted "powerful and deadly" strikes Thursday against Islamic State militants in northwestern Nigeria. The Department of Defense said "multiple ISIS terrorists" were killed in an attack conducted at the request of Nigerian authorities, but few details were provided. Gold is up 0.66% at $4538 per ounce while Silver has jumped more than 3% to $75 per ounce.
