Mumbai, April 2 -- The project, titled "Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from Mahan Energen Limited Generating Station," will be developed under the Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT) model. It involves the construction of a 400kV double circuit (D/C) transmission line and associated bays at the existing Rewa PS (PG) sub-station in Madhya Pradesh.

The company received the Letter of Intent (LoI) dated 31 March 2025, on 1 April 2025, confirming its successful bid.
