Mumbai, July 30 -- Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 202,068 equity shares under ESOP on 30 July 2025. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,55,82,42,612/- consisting of 779,121,306 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
