Mumbai, Dec. 29 -- PNB Housing Finance announced that India Ratings and Research has assigned a rating of 'IND AAA' (Stable) to the additional bank facilities and has also affirmed the existing ratings for bank facilities and non convertible debentures at 'IND AAA' (Stable).
