Mumbai, Jan. 13 -- PNB Housing Finance has allotted 37,500 Listed, Secured, Rated, Taxable, Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (Debentures) of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating up to Rs. 375 crore on private placement basis.
