Mumbai, July 28 -- PNB Housing Finance has allotted 3,18,367 equity shares under ESOP on 28 July 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 260,45,22,820 consisting of 26,04,52,282 number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
