Mumbai, Jan. 30 -- Phoenix Mills has allotted 3,330 equity shares under ESOP on 30 January 2025. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 71,50,24,728 consisting of 35,75,12,364 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
