Mumbai, Dec. 9 -- PDS has allotted 13,750 equity shares under ESOP on 09 December 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 28,27,56,766/- (14,13,78,383 equity shares divided into face value of Rs 2/- each).
