Mumbai, Feb. 18 -- Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 7,679 equity shares under ESOP on 19 February 2026. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 435,146,020/- divided into 87,029,204 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
