Mumbai, Dec. 10 -- Nephrocare Health Services received bids for 16,58,560 shares as against 1,33,87,854 shares on offer, according to stock exchange data at 17:00 IST on Wednesday (10 December 2025). The issue was subscribed 0.12 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 10 December 2025 and it will close on 12 December 2025. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 438 and 460 per share.

The IPO comprises fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 353.4 crore and an offer for sale of 1,12,53,102 equity shares aggregating up to Rs 517.64 crore by existing shareholders including Investcorp Private Equity Fund II, Healthcare Parent, Investcorp Growth Opportunity Fund, Edoras Investment Holdings, among others.
