Mumbai, May 6 -- Base metals mostly rose on the MCX in morning trades today. MCX benchmark April Copper futures are up 0.42% to trade at Rs 846 per kg. The counter edged up in early moves but failed to hold above Rs 849 per kg before witnessing a moderation. MCX Aluminum futures added 0.28% to trade at Rs 233.05 per kg. In other metals, MCX Zinc futures spiked 1.14% to trade at Rs 248.60 per kg while MCX Lead futures eased 0.03% to trade at Rs 176.85 per kg.
